Black Friday’s nearly here and the decks at Badlands have been busy! From new favourites and live moments to the biggest Record Store Day drops of the year.
The biggest day of the autumn for vinyl heads is nearly here - Record Store Day Black Friday lands on Friday 28th November, and we’re gearing up for another cracking day of limited-edition wax, rare reissues and shop buzz.
Expect special RSD-only titles from the likes of The 13th Floor Elevators, A Tribe Called Quest, Blur, David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, The Cure, CHVRCHES, Taylor Swift and Thin Lizzy - all exclusive to independent record shops.

How It Works
- All Record Store Day Black Friday releases are in-store only - available over the counter, first come, first served.
- No pre-orders or reservations are allowed under the RSD code of conduct.
- The best way to snag what you want? Get up early and head down to your local shop.
- You can check with stores in advance to see if they’re stocking specific titles, but they can’t hold or pre-sell anything.
Record Store Day is all about the occasion - the queue, the conversations, the excitement of finding something you didn’t know you needed. We’ll have the doors open early, and the tunes spinning from first light.

Bob Dylan - Bootleg Series Vol. 18: Through The Open Window
Covering Dylan’s early folk years (1956–63), this 139-track box set arrived to huge excitement - packed with home tapes, outtakes, and a complete Carnegie Hall show.
Live at Smokey Joe’s: Our Man In The Field
Big thanks to everyone who joined us at Smokey Joe’s for an intimate set from Our Man In The Field, previewing tracks from their upcoming album Silverado. A real standout night of soulful songwriting and good company.
