Hot on the heels of their acclaimed fifth studio album Pleasure, Young Gun Silver Fox unveil a limited edition 12” Double A-side remix vinyl, featuring brand new versions of two fan favourites: ‘Stevie & Sly’ and ‘Just For Pleasure’.
This release follows a wave of praise for Pleasure, an album that showcases the duo at the height of their powers, offering a warm, escapist blend of soulful grooves and sun-soaked songwriting.
The band described lead single ‘Stevie & Sly’ as “smooth and soulful – an instant YGSF favourite” with lyrics that reflect confidence, clarity, and stepping into your own.
The album has achieved 2M+ total streams across platforms, and it has garnered radio support from Jazz FM, BBC Radio 2, 6 Music, and Delite Radio.
It has also received press coverage from the likes of Classic Rock, who described the album as “an exquisite piece of work...
truly exceptional”, and Uncut Magazine who labelled the album as a “heavenly jukebox… of aural comfort food”.
Just For Pleasure continues to grow in popularity as a fan-favourite album cut, and both tracks now get a fresh spin with previously unreleased remixes pressed to vinyl for the first time.
The duo have also collaborated with artists such as James Morrison and Take That, further cementing their reputation as two of the UK’s most respected songwriters and producers.
The release lands ahead of the band’s upcoming UK headline tour, set to take place this October.
